Trading Entity

Muscles & Marbles is the trading name of Technoledge Pty Ltd, ABN 95 116 337 289 (TNE). When you purchase from this website, you are trading with TNE.

Process

When you place an order with TNE, you create an account, choose your payment method and place your order. We confirm your account creation and order receipt by email. Separately, we email you details of how to access your eBook (see more below).

An account gives you secure online access to your eBook – now and for future free updates – and is technically the only way we can ensure this. We ask for your post code to help us with purchasing trends.

We ask you for the minimum details to open an account:

1. first & last names
2. username (which can be your email address)
3. email address
4. postcode.

Pricing

We serve 4 countries and our quoted prices include taxes (where applicable):

1. Australia – prices exclude GST which is not applied.
2. Canada – prices exclude Federal GST which is not applied.
3. New Zealand – prices exclude GST which is not applied.
4. UK – prices exclude VAT which is not applied.

Currency Selection

We use geo-location software to apply the correct currency for your location. If you have geo-location turned off, you can select your currency manually (at right of any web page).

Location-based currency matching also applies to your payment gateway (below).

Online Payment

TNE accepts payment by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), GooglePay, ApplePay and PayPal. For the first five options, your payment is securely processed by the Stripe online payment gateway. PayPal payment is securely processed by PayPal’s payment gateway.

Your payment is processed directly with either Stripe or PayPal; we cannot see, access or save any of your financial details. Please review our Security Standards. We also do not accept cheques of any form.

eBook Purchase

When you buy an eBook from TNE, you have the choice to Read online, Download to your device or Print and read. You can choose one, two or all three of these options. If you Read online, you will have access to the latest version of that eBook every time. If you Download or Print, those versions will not be updated unless you come back and download or print a later version.

When purchasing, you open an account (see details above) so you can return at any time to read, reread, download or print your eBook – and any updates to it since your purchase.

As soon as payment is made, three system-generated emails are sent: one with your account details, one with your order receipt and the third with how to access your eBook online. If you do not receive these emails within 10 minutes, we ask you to contact us.

eBook Format

All our eBooks (‘electronic books’) are in PDF format, designed to be read online, downloaded or printed out by you.

We do not sell pre-printed, paper books.

Sharing & Transmission

Our eBooks are available solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

It is strictly prohibited to share your Username and Password with any third parties, to allow them access to eBooks you have bought. It is also strictly prohibited to share the eBook by email, portable storage device (USB), social media, printing, mail or any other method with any third parties.

If you enjoy our eBooks, we ask that you recommend them by using the share links provided in each eBook, or by leaving a review via individual shop pages. Read our terms of use for eBooks.

Technical Issues

If you have technical difficulties or questions, please contact us. We are here to help.

Refunds

If technical issues prevent you accessing your eBook and we have been unable to resolve them or send your eBook to you another way, we will refund your purchase price in full, within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We can only refund your purchase if you contact us within those 30 days. The refund will be made to the card or payment option used at purchase.

TNE is unable to issue a refund if you:

1. believe the eBook is pre-printed paper, even though we say it is a PDF eBook (‘electronic book’);
2. change your mind about purchasing it;
3. do not agree with the eBook’s contents.

Please contact us about any technical diffculties in the first instance, before requesting a refund.
